During the tail-end of 2008 the Mall was sold from Jager Management Inc. to Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp. which prior had also acquired Eastland Mall.
Here are relevant crime statistics regarding Northland Mall obtained from the Southfield Police Department through FOIA.
