Memo From Acting Southfield Police Chief Jarrell To City Administrator Scharret Regarding Time Fraud Allegations

For the past couple of months allegations of time card fraud have been levied at one of Southfield's acting chiefs of police, Bryan Jarrell during city council meetings. In November, Jarrell wrote a memo to City Administrator, James Scharret answering the allegations. Here is a copy of that memo.
